I got my unit in like 2 days, ridiculously fast. Plug and play, simple. Crazy how fast they reply to emails. Went from 5” to the 8.4” and I could not be happier having CarPlay finally.

I absolutely love my UConnect 5 upgraded kit from DD Offroad. The upgraded screen size and all the technology that comes with the upgrade is absolutely phenomenal. Though it is a pricey upgrade, it is worth every penny! Other than the impressive new look and technology that comes with the upgrade, the upgraded system comes with more hands-free voice commands that work with your factory steering wheel controls seamlessly. This allows you to keep your eyes on the road and get to your destination safely. If you're on the fence about the upgrade, I can wholeheartedly tell you, you will not second guess it once it's installed. DD Offroad provides everything needed within this kit for a do-it-yourself project without having to pay additional fees for installation. I also would like to give recognition to Joseph, the sales manager, for exceptional customer service. When reaching out to Joseph, he would reply to me within minutes! It didn’t matter what day it was or what time of day. Joseph always responded to me in a timely fashion. When thinking about past electronic purchases, there's not a single vendor that has provided the quality of customer service that Joseph provided me with. If you're looking to upgrade your vehicle and value quality parts and exceptional customer service, DD Offroad is for you. I'm very pleased all around. This turned out to be a great upgrade however people should be aware that the 12" screen is not really Android Auto compatible. To use the full screen you need to be using Apple Carplay. This is through no fault os DD Offroad. UPDATE - After using this for a few days I figured out how to tweak the screen that actually makes it work great with Android Auto using the entire screen. You can run a split screen with one oprtion on the top 6 inches and another on the bottom 6 inches. I'm running navigation and XM radio on mine and it's great not having to swap the screen back and forth.

I recently had Joseph at DD Off-road install the factory 12” radio in my 2021 Ram 2500. It looks amazing and going from Uconnect 4 to 5 is night day difference. He took the time to walk me through the whole process and let say, this guy knows his stuff. If you have been putting off doing this upgrade, I highly recommend his service. I couldn’t be happier.
